Q: I'm not sure if I understand.
if the storage shared space for tier 1 is 300 GB and I have only one user, why do I see only 10 GB for the storage I created (the personal storage), did I misconfigure the storage and I need to do it again? I have checked again and again and didn't find any place on the admin panel to reconfigure it. what am I missing?

The 10 GB of personal storage comes by default for every Tier. Since shared space can be used for personal storage as well (because you won't invite anyone, but you can still upload files), we have kept the structure in Tier 1 the same as the other tiers. This way, if you upgrade your tier, the transition will be smoother.
