Apologies for the delay, we are just about set up on here!

- The plugin is yours forever once you download it. We are a relatively new agency having only been operating for a year so and are new to AppSumo. As a good will gesture and due to being a young service, we are offering early buyers a lifetime account with no licence redemption as a good will gesture for early support (similar to grandfathering services used by other SAAS services). We will absolutely be introducing a licence system in the future so that's why we are offering the plugin without it at the moment to encourage users to download it for a very small fee.

- We update the plugin regularly and are always happy to receive feedback on how we can improve the user experience (we actively encourage it! Noone likes a clunky plugin! haha).

The deal is non-refundable due to it being downloadable without a licence. Obviously people can take our code this way and just reupload it the plugin on any website and ask for a refund at the same time so it's really just to protect ourselves and our plugins.
