Q: Is it possible to integrate Traxoft with another past AppSumo solution called Calido?
they seem to compliment each other considering both are market feedback tools in their own way so we would love the data to be available in one central place.
Also how do you make it possible to ensure bots or the same person does not submit multple feedback entries? as we need to protect the integrity of market feedback collected

May 15, 2024A: Integrating with Calido is a great idea! We will look into it. Thank you. We are working on adding an option to request email opt-in to vote, which might address the latter issue. At the moment, we use cookies to prevent multiple votes; however, if it's possible to vote multiple times via incognito mode or by using multiple devices.
