Yes, we are still working on the platform! We actually just released a new dashboard and link overview today! Please check it out, it will have solved all the issues you mentioned.

As any start up here on App Sumo we are always fixing bugs and working on new updates, we have pushed more than 7 new features the last month and an excess of bug fixes. We appreciate any feedback on info@traxr.net that will help make the platform better for you!

I would like to ask what was wrong with the support? I hope you at least appreciate that we replied to your support question via. email at 00:00-00:38 on easter Sunday regarding your issue with creating your App Sumo account due to you already having a Free Trial user on Traxr. I ask you to bear with me while we work on making the platform perfect! I have scheduled a task to allow overwrite of free trial accounts to app sumo accounts, thanks for the idea!
