While you may have seen additional features and upgrades throughout the platform, those are entirely optional. Your Level 3 plan already includes full access to the core platform features, so nothing extra is required in order to use it properly.

Regarding AI, at the moment we offer an AI assistant for generating and improving text. A more advanced AI builder agent is currently in development and will be launched soon, as we know how important that functionality is.

I also want to clarify a bit regarding the video duration. The videos are not limited to one hour, they can be up to three hours long. Shorter videos are not billed separately - additional charges would only apply if you decide to purchase extra videos beyond the limit that is already included in your plan.

In terms of language, the platform itself is fully translatable into multiple languages, including Polish. However, you are absolutely right that our academy videos are currently only available in English, and that is something we can take as constructive feedback and improve on.

As for the White Label option, it is a completely separate offering and not required to use the platform. It is not intended to be a hidden fee, though we understand it may have felt unclear, and we will work on communicating that more transparently.
