The reason for this review is that I don't feel listened to, my answers take several days to propose new features, so I decide to indicate them here.

**Problem in support
1- Why is chat support offered if availability goes beyond 24 hours? It took you 5 hours to respond to a conversation that started, it's very bad to say hello and reply again within 5 hours of starting the conversation.

2- The moderation of the Tribe community is almost nil. I believe that no resources have been estimated from the avalanche of sumolings asking for improvements and new features, most are still waiting for moderation.

**SEO Problem (For now)
3- Url unfriendly: community.domain.com/7848jhduy46di4te390, this does not help at all in fighting for keywords.

4- It is not possible to add a title and an alt to the uploaded images: I like to have optimized this part, an article a response can have many images and is an opportunity that is lost because without this Google does not detect the images or understand the meaning of them.

**Platform problems
5- A bad usability in terms of organizing content. Obliges users to enter and go to a specific topic to speak within it, this does not happen, users, for the most part, always comment in the comments box on the main page, even a question could be grouped into different topics and have several tags. Let's not forget the #, it's the best way to group tags.

6-Why don't you look more for the Appsumo community? There are many tools of great potential and quality that could close relationships to implement tools in Tribe (Vooplayer, SocialBee, LiveAgent, Continually, etc).

7- It would be good to have a feed for groups too, this way you could embed in the website questions, articles or comments from a group and not a topic, a good use could be when having a private group that has purchased a course.

8- It would be good to have a section of archives, private documents, videos, contests, etc. This is good for betting on a community that can sell courses or have an LMS system.

9- I would like to see an integration with ThriveCart, many people are the ones who have this system and it would make it easier to run a payment system like this, either for subscriptions as single payments.

10- Allow "Answer" to be translated into other languages. It is not translated by default and there is no section where it can be translated manually.

**Doubts platform

10- Apart from Zapier, will internal automation widgets of various RSS feeds be considered? This would help feed relevant content (newspapers, blogs, etc.) to the community and give it dynamism.
