I had an idea for an application to assist my marketing agency in our processes, and was curious to build it myself to make sure we take all the intricacies of our workflows into consideration. I checked out Triggre, and then saw on their LinkedIn that they were offering a lifetime deal with AppSumo. This seemed like a great opportunity, and I am happy I went for it!
As soon as you grasp the Triggre Designer logic, you can't stop building! It's a very intuitive and flexible tool. Their Knowledge Base has some cool tips and tricks, and there are some helpful demos on their YouTube channel—these really sped up the learning process for me. Plus, make sure to go through the interactive exercises, they open up so many details of the Designer and make building quite easy—at least that's what I felt with my application idea.
The trickiest part is figuring out the final product that you want to build, so make sure you draft your application structure on paper for yourself first.

Hi shevchenko.k, Thank you for the great review and the tips you gave for other sumo-lings. Especially that last sentence, figuring out what you want to build, is something our support department can help/loves to help our customers with as well. Enjoy using Triggre!
After having had a free account a while back, I was already acquainted with the product. Recently got a tip about the AppSumo deal, which I have to say, is really great.
It does take some time to really learn how to use the platform to its full extent, but with the recent addition of the YouTube channel (that wasn't there when I started using my free account) and other resources (the documentation articles are very useful too, for example), it can be overcome, with a little bit of effort. This product really is a steal here on AppSumo.
For those that are also running into that steep learning curve (I sure did the first time I started using Triggre), start off with the YouTube channel and some of the articles in the support section of the website. They really help you get on your way quickly and grasp the logic behind the system.

Hey admin5994, Great to hear you're liking our YouTube and knowledge base content. We're continuously adding articles and videos to our channels.
As a dummy with no coding experience, I jumped on there and had no idea what the hell I was doing. Had no idea where to start or what to do. I looked at a few templates and can appreciate that this can be used for pretty much anything up to and including an ERP. But I didn't even know how to start.
One of their reps asked me if I wanted help brainstorming how to create what I needed. "Uh, hell yes I do!". 5 minutes later we're doing a zoom screen share for an hour as he basically did it for me. (shout out to Eddie) After seeing how he did it now I have a much better idea of how to use it. Seriously, if you're overwhelmed like I was just reach out to them. They're super helpful.

Thank you so much for the kind words and the great talk we had. Glad to see that I could help you out and if you need any assistance in the future, just let me know!
I bought this deal because it looks like a powerful builder and the knowledge base and support on the website looks extremely built out, far more than most deals on here. I don't mind a steep learning curve as long as the product can do complicated things...and Triggre looks like it can do exactly that.
BTW really happy AppSumo does the countdown thing. Back in November I guess I was busy or something because I didn't see this when it launched but it looks great. And like I said the amount of thought they put into the website support-they have a Triggre Academy-so that you can learn how to operate it and make just the applications you need.

Glad you like our platform MacroDave. We also have YouTube videos and are planning online training sessions you can attend to get you going and to get you to an expert with our advanced trainings. Hope to see you there.
I found Triggre by accident, but I am really happy I did!
I needed a way to build some custom applications for an ongoing project. Triggre helped me begin learning to develop solutions for my software needs.
I dabbled with Bubble for awhile and stopped because it became a bit overwhelming. Don't me wrong, I think Bubble is great, it's just that the learning curve was too steep for me.
Back to Triggre. I really appreciate the guidance provided through the step-by-step videos. As a person who does not know how to code, the video tutorials are really essential. The videos are comprehensive and covers each step. At first glance, the videos may appear overly detailed. However, it totally makes sense if you are a non-coder - like me - who needs to develop a software solution from scratch!!
I like the flow parts feature in Triggre because what it does is it breaks down long processes into a series of small “steps” or “modules”. Triggre has some ready made flow parts, and you can connect them similar to Lego blocks. But if you have to create more advanced steps, and the app needs troubleshooting, it is often difficult to identify which section of the app is bugged. With these self-contained flow parts, troubleshooting becomes more systematic. Triggre also does the job of linking the flow parts together for me so that the process passes from one step to the next smoothly.
Triggre is a great product because it helps people like me (with minimal software skills) begin to develop solutions for real-world applications. Having said that, Triggre may not be for everyone. There IS a small learning curve which needs to be overcome. But if you need to develop customized applications then do check out this product.

Hello Abilita_C, Great to hear that although there's a learning curve (but what doesn't) you really enjoy the platform and it allows you to create your own real-world applications. That's exactly what we aim for!
The flow parts make it possible to create applications with very complex logic. Because of that Triggre goes way beyond the 'create a simple form to submit'. The real-world application...
