When was your company founded & where is it located?
Triplo AI, the innovative brainchild of long-time friends and founding members, made its debut in January 2023. Conceived with the vision of providing universal accessibility and utility of AI, regardless of the underlying software or operating system, it stands as a product of Elbruz Technologies. The company's headquarters nestles in Istanbul, Turkey, while a branch actively operates in Dubai.
What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
Elbruz Technologies, the driving force behind worldwide solutions such as WA Web Plus and WA Toolbox, along with other CRM and ERP software, boasts over three million active users. Its success is self-evident in its thriving application ecosystem.
What is your team size?
Triplo AI is in its early stages, led by two co-founders who are dedicated to different aspects of the company - one focusing on technology and the other on sales and marketing. The team also includes two developers who are skilled in both frontend and backend development, as well as a mobile developer. The co-founders also handle support to stay connected with users and understand their needs.
What 3rd party tools is your product critically dependent on?
Currently, ChatGTP API, but other possible AI content creation tools will be implemented soon.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
Felipe, one of the co-founders, is a tech enthusiast who also happens to be a no-coder. He was captivated by ChatGPT and desired access to AI insights and content on his Linux notebook. Given his background as a senior executive in global companies, he wasn't particularly interested in content generation or writing like most people. Instead, his main focus was on productivity. To address his requirements, he developed a minimum viable product (MVP) in GO Lang and shared it with Rami. After a few weeks, both of them recognized the uniqueness of the product and decided to join forces in launching Triplo AI.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Triplo AI enables users to generate insights, create content, and receive assistance across their computer or mobile devices. This highly flexible and powerful productivity tool is readily available, eliminating the need for switching between browsers, tabs, or applications. It empowers users to interact with AI effortlessly, allowing them to prompt it for a wide range of tasks anytime, anywhere. With just a single hotkey, users can access true real-time assistance.

Getting feedback from users to support us in finding better product market fit.

We had extensive discussions with the AppSumo team regarding our features and limitations, and we believe that we have provided thorough and detailed information. It is important to note that the monthly token allowance of 300,000 corresponds to the GPT 3.5 4k model and is applied per device (not to be considered as a "pack"/total to be consumed by a single device for example). Additionally worth mentioning that the features outlined in the AppSumo tiers align with features of our Medium and Pro subscription plans and note that the number of DEVICES on our subscription plans are not considered as features.

We are genuinely thrilled about the AppSumo campaign. It represents a significant achievement for us, enabling us to gain valuable insights from a larger user base and generate revenue for our operations. However, financial gain is not our primary motivation. Our commitment lies in the long-term success of our venture, as we are deeply involved in both the development of our app and the campaign itself.
