Q: About BYOK
Hello!
I just added my OpenAI key and I have a question:
If I use the models that were already included in this deal, like GPT 4o mini, I understand that they will be deducted directly from my credits with Triplo.
Only if I choose to use a premium model from OpenAI will I enter my API key, right?

Consumption is linked to your active API key. If you don’t have an active key, all requests will default to your allowance. Once you activate your key, it will begin consuming tokens.
You can easily activate or deactivate your keys in the Settings.

Understood. One last question about this. If I enable accounts for people on my team and I have the API Key in my personal account, will they also have access to my API key?
Glad to hear! We're very privacy-conscious, so Triplo AI won't share anything unless you explicitly allow it. API keys are especially sensitive and should never be shared; each user needs their own. If you'd like to centralize management, we suggest you to generate individual keys for your team to isolate risks.
