Q: App Cursor and Clipboard Capture for Context
I tried the trial version and enabled all the settings, but the app was never able to capture my clipboard as context. I had to copy and paste manually every time, even though clipboard access was turned on.
If the app is supposed to automatically use the clipboard as context for the next window that pops up, is there a video tutorial that shows how to set this up?

This is more of a support ticket than a question, so I'll help you out but hey, if anyone else runs into something similar, just hit up our support team through email at [email protected] or swing by our web portal at https://support.triplo.ai.
Let me clear this up for you right away, GenPly.
If you're copy-pasting it's usually one of two things:
- either a clipboard manager is messing with Triplo AI (doesn't happen often),
- or there's a step being skipped when you're using Awareness.
We've got all the details in our full documentation at https://go.triplo.ai/awareness, and it's also covered in most of our videos over at https://go.triplo.ai/yt.
Here's the rundown: select any text on your computer, hit CTRL+SPACE (just a heads up, you must use the keyboard shortcut, no clicks on the tray icon), and then use either //selection// or //context// in your prompts.
If you need anything else let us know.
Take care,
Felipe
