You there is an allowance checking the usage indicator. On desktop, you'll find it at the bottom right of the Triplo AI interface. On mobile, it's at the top right. Just hover over it or tap it for more details.

Note that, if you're using your own API keys, this indicator won't appear since we don't track activity when you're connected to your own service providers.
