Multimedia_TodayQ: Idiomas dentro de la app
Sugerencia importante sobre idiomas en la interfaz. Aunque se pueda cambiar el idioma general de la app (por ejemplo a alemán), cuando pasas el ratón por los iconos de ayuda o las interrogaciones, los textos explicativos siguen apareciendo solo en inglés. Eso hace que, si el usuario no habla inglés, esa ayuda no le sirva realmente. Propuesta: que esas descripciones contextuales y tooltips se traduzcan también al idioma elegido en la app, igual que el resto de la interfaz. Esto mejoraría mucho la experiencia de usuarios no angloparlantes.

Recientemente lanzamos esfuerzos de localización para Triplo AI, y resultó ser mucho más complejo de lo que inicialmente esperábamos.
Como brasileño con el portugués como mi idioma nativo, entiendo completamente de dónde vienes. Pero honestamente, el inglés se ha convertido en el idioma global de nuestra era, para bien o para mal, y no veo que eso cambie en Triplo AI pronto.

Just a suggestion from a user’s perspective: if the UI is structured for i18n, adding more interface languages is usually a matter of using JSON locale files with English as the source language and then loading the corresponding translations per locale. A large part of that translation work can now be automated via an AI translation API (e.g., GPT-based),

with a human pass only for key UI strings and nuances. That’s how we’ve implemented multilingual behavior in other apps, and it has worked really well once the developers wired the i18n layer to those JSON locales plus the AI translation workflow.

In this way, our developers have built apps with fifteen to twenty languages that were added progressively using that structure and automatic translation. By combining an i18n setup with a translation API plus ChatGPT, they were able to add a new language to the app in about 10 minutes.
