Q: Is there any way to train a couple of devices with the same content together and keep it up to date?
I'm planning to upgrade my Tier and will use it in my team. I would like to train the ai with company information. So every device should have the same training. I'm assuming I would have to train each device manually? Any best practices you can think of?
I read that you're planning that uploads of files will be available in the future. How about access to a google drive, dopbox etc? If triplo checks by itself every now and then for new content, how awesome would that be? That would be a game changer for teams and companies. I need to adjust on file on the cloud and every device will get automatic updates. I would love that.

Absolutely, you can "train" a Mind and grant access to other devices linked to your key. Not only can you allow access, but you can also specify whether those devices have the ability to modify your minds. You can find this setting under Settings/Devices. Each device associated with your key can choose how they want to share Custom Smartprompts, Instructions, Minds, and Automations.
As for files and URLs, they can already be used for both prompting and training your Minds. This feature is currently active.
We do not plan to integrate with services like Google Drive or Dropbox in the near future. This would require significant effort to obtain permissions, poses privacy concerns, and frankly, it hasn’t been a top request from users, so we won't prioritize it for now.

Do I have to add each URL manually? Let's say I want to train the ai on all the websites from my domain. It would be great if it scrapes all the sites under this domain and that I could choose which sites should be used for training.
Where not a scraper. You can use htmlscrape smartprompt then ask for the list of links or use a crome extension to grab lists of links of a page. Check the 3.4.0 version YouTube release video. I think I shared it there.
