Email management capabilities

Triplo AI can help you compose and improve email responses using SmartPrompts, which you can trigger with hotkeys while writing in your email client. You can create Custom Prompts tailored specifically for email tasks, like adjusting tone, expanding ideas, or rewriting content. However, it doesn't currently "manage" your inbox automatically or sort emails for you. It does nothing by itself. We don't see AI at this point of "agency" yet. One day, maybe... We aim on empower you.

What happens after January 2027

Those doubled features you're getting (like the jump from 25 to 50 Custom Prompts) are yours to keep and aren't going anywhere. What we'll be looking at in January 2027 is just the boosted monthly allowance. If it ends up being too much of a financial hit, we might dial the monthly allowance back to 2 million tokens per device. But if things are good, we'll stick with the 4 million (which honestly, I'm pretty confident we will). Either way, your lifetime access stays solid with all those doubled features and your core token allowance of 2,000,000 tokens per month per device on the models that support it.

MCP server and OpenAPI

I don't have a feature that allows you to connect to 3rd party MCP servers. This may eventually come but I'm strongly against selling roadmaps so consider we won't have it and take an educated decision based on the value that Triplo AI offers you today as is.

Working with other AI agents

Agents is a fascinating term that gets thrown around pretty loosely these days. It can mean anything from basic automation to sophisticated networks of independent processes all coordinated by another system. So it's worth clarifying where we actually stand. Triplo AI is built to be your productivity assistant. If you're thinking about the simpler agent definition, yeah, it can trigger your "agents" through its Automations feature. But the complex, multi-process orchestration stuff? Nah, that's not really what it's designed for.
