Q: Training/Mind
I work for a nonprofit foundation that gives grants to other nonprofits that align with our mission and funding focus areas. We receive hundreds of applications each year and many of them are missing important information (budgets, proof of tax exempt status, metrics, etc.). Would this tool streamline the screening process and if yes, which tier would I need? I'm thinking I might need to use the AI training/Mind feature but maybe that's overkill? For example, we use Google Ad Words to drive donations (could your app analyze reports we download and recommend better ad copy and strategies)? How easily would it be for me to get it to generate Facebook posts about our grant recipients and schedule and post that content to Facebook, or would I need some technical knowledge for that automation to happen?

For analyzing your Google Ad Words reports and suggesting better ad copy, Triplo could absolutely help with that. You could upload reports and ask for analysis and recommendations. The AI is great at spotting patterns and suggesting improvements to copy and strategy.
My honest take? Check what I shared and if you feel comfortable get a Tier 1. If excited go for Tier 3. You can always explore the automation side as you get more comfortable with the tool. There's a 60 day trial period, so you've got plenty of time to test whether it fits your workflow without the pressure.
