At Triplo AI, we prioritize privacy and the protection of user data.
We do not log or store any content you input or receive from service providers no matter the method you use for prompting. When consuming allowance tokens data must pass through our servers but still, it's not logged or saved. Note that even your history is stored locally and is not shared across any devices linked to your key.

When you use your own API keys or Ollama Models, we do not participate in the communication between you and the service providers; we don’t even log the number of tokens processed or any related information.

Thanks Felipe, you said some great things here and in that video. Can you commit to these statements in your privacy policy, or at least undo the statements which conflict with the statements you just made? It said your business needs to monitor our api calls. Can you clarify it only monitors the tokens if it is not using our own api, and you will never access the content of any of these calls?

There is no contradiction between my statements in the video and the Privacy Statement. I am required to monitor API calls to prevent any misuse of the Allowance. However, this does not imply that I am acknowledging, logging, or storing any content transmitted or received during those calls. To be completely clear: we do not know, save, or store any prompts or results you generate. Is it clear?

We must pinpoint the device on which Triplo AI is activated after licenses are sold per device. Our identification process takes into account the hardware and operating system in use. Clearly, identifying these devices is linked to the activation key and the email addresses of the license holders. That's all we know and do with the devices in question.

We prioritize privacy and strive to be as conscientious and cautious as possible; however, it's essential for users to take an active role in their privacy decisions. We do our utmost to protect your information. Regarding a "docker image" to support Triplo AI, we do not provide it.

No need to thank. You're on one "extreme" of the privcacy consciousness (which is not bad). The vast majority don't take it too siriously. Regarding Ubuntu, I run it on Mint actually, before on Zorin. It's very light on resources.

Hi Felipe, that FAQ says you will save the prompts that we save on your servers and doesn't limit you from reading them/accessing them. Can you please clarify by adding a statement that our prompts are private and won't be accessed except for the sync btwn our devices?

In order for sharing with other devices to happen they must be saved on a database. If you don't want to share your Custom SmartPrompts, Automations, Instructions and Minds and mantain pristine just don't share them.

True, thank you, but your comment on the FAQ stops short of saying this is private and implies that you may choose to read/access/review them (I don't know if you are doing that to get inspiration for the public prompts?)... why not say that the prompts stored for syncing purposes will also not be accessed by Triplo except for that sync?
