I see some like gpt 5 nano but why we are not getting the full version of those models, for my understanding the models offered are not that great. Please tell me if I am wrong about this if I am

The short answer: You're right. Costs and Sustainability matters a lot!
While it would be awesome to offer lifetime access to premium models, it just isn't a sustainable business model. Plus, I disagree with you on this, there are many great mid-tier models that perform more than good enough for most of the things our users need to do. The Edge Model hype is real.
We early have made a conscious choice not to offer lifetime premium tokens because we want to make sure we stay around to keep supporting you and your users for the long haul.
If you really need those premium LLMs, we have a few different ways to make that happen. You can use your own API keys, add custom OpenAI compatible endpoints, or even connect your mobile devices to local LLMs depending on your license.
