Fatal Flaw Renders it Useless...most of the time
It's a great product when you type in the prompts.
But the fact that you can't copy and paste without it turning your text into an image renders it useless. Even going through the menu - edit - paste and match style renders an attached image.
I would have rated it 5 stars indeed. But since the product is great otherwise, I'll leave a few stars. I hope the developer fixes this thing. I've been back to Merlin, his competitor.
And I am sure others have gone their own ways....silently.

This is probably the strangest error I've ever come across, and it makes me wonder if you're actually referring to Triplo AI. The tool simply does not generate images --> at all <-- (though some users have requested this feature).

No Access to Chat and No Support Response
I’m sharing my disappointment with Triplo’s service. For several days now, I’ve been experiencing a technical issue: I no longer have access to the chat feature, which severely limits the platform’s usability.
At the moment, I only have access to the Settings window, with no ability to interact through the usual chat interface. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment so far.
This lack of follow-up and communication is quite disappointing, especially for a service that presents itself as professional. I hope this issue will be resolved quickly and that users can count on more reliable support in the future.
