It's a great product when you type in the prompts.
But when I try to paste text into Triplo, it instead attaches an image it can't read. In fact, when it pastes as an image it responds to my command, "The image is completely black, providing no visual information to analyze or describe."

There are no visible objects, text, or details to interpret, making it impossible to provide a systematic description. The main characteristic of the image is its total lack of content. For the most part, it doesn't let me paste in text as text. So I can't use it most of the time.

Even when I pasted through the menu instead of shortcuts - "edit - paste and match style" Triplo renders an attached image rather than text.
I would have rated it 5 stars indeed [well, maybe 4 because it's still in GPT 4]. But since the product is great otherwise, I'll leave a few stars. I hope the developer fixes this thing. I've been back to Merlin, his competitor.
And I am sure others have gone their own ways....silently.
