I'm using a MacBook Pro and I recently installed this, hoping to use it today and share access with my team.

I installed it and nothing happened. I went to their website to contact support, but I haven’t received a response yet. To be fair, it’s only been a day or so.

However, there seem to be no tutorials on how to set this up. I went to their website looking for a video, instructions, or some kind of onboarding. There was nothing.

I’m sure this has been useful for lots of people here, but I feel that instructions, tutorials, and documentation are needed, at least at the initial stage. This tool has none of that.

Therefore, I can only give it 3 tacos.

Maybe when they respond to me and get it working, I’ll change it to a higher rating. But there should at least be a video that walks me through how to set this up. That’s why I’m giving it the rating I believe it deserves.
