No Access to Chat and No Support Response
I’m sharing my disappointment with Triplo’s service. For several days now, I’ve been experiencing a technical issue: I no longer have access to the chat feature, which severely limits the platform’s usability.
At the moment, I only have access to the Settings window, with no ability to interact through the usual chat interface. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment so far.
This lack of follow-up and communication is quite disappointing, especially for a service that presents itself as professional. I hope this issue will be resolved quickly and that users can count on more reliable support in the future.
