No support - UPDATE

UPDATE - Response to founder's message.

Here are the facts:-

1. The upgrade was NOT processed before I posted the review. Founder processed the upgrade on 28th Feb. I left the initial review on 25th Feb.

2. I apologised for the amount of time it took me to fill in the upgrade form in my initial e-mail to founder. I got no response. And while it did take some time for me to submit said form for the upgrade - I agree - all it would need is some acknowledgement that the founder actually received the request. That's all. Not 3 nudge messages from me and no responses.

3. The AppSumo Partner terms state founders must respond to support requests in 4 days - https://appsumo.com/partner-terms/ . Founder took 11 days to respond. Almost 3x required time.

4. Founder did not respond until he got a bad review on here.

I'm sharing here what I sent you on the support ticket.

"You took 2 months to register for a COMPLIMENTARY upgrade we offered exclusively to participants of a closed webinar.

Now, after finally registering (2 months later), you're upset that it took us 2 weeks to process your license upgrade?

I find that a bit surprising, to say the least."

Btw, your upgraded was already processed when you decided to leave this review but guess what? You didn't checked it...
