Happy to rescind or update this review, but i just cannot get this to install on my Mac-Air M2,

So I am following all the instructions, downloading the software, then "poofff" it's gone; the little three-circle icon is nowhere to be found.
I did manage to get into the dashboard by uninstalling for a 5th time, and okay, that seemed fine, but once again I cannot see the app on my top bar where it's meant to be and when i search for it it won't open.
Tried to contact support, but no response as yet.
I must be doing something wrong, given the number of positive feedback this is getting here.
Don't make me refund; i do want to love this app.
Also, can you confirm if it can use Gemini 3.1 please?

Update - No idea why, my Mac is obviously having an aneurysm. Support has been in touch and all is now well with my 3 dots so now able to access. Ill return and feedback when Ive had a play
