Q: From your page, I see you made a comparison with WhatsApp that your tool is allowed to have unlimited team members in groups.
Does this plan allow us to have unlimited members in a group? If yes, can you explain more about the roles of Team Members included in this deal? What's the difference between team members and other members? What are the privileges for ordinary members? Thank you!

Technically you can add as many members as possible in a given group. But each member should be backed by a license. Eg, if you buy 3 codes, it allows you have 50 users. And so in a given group, you can add upto 50 users.
Each group can have 3 different Roles. Group Admin, Group Moderator & a User. Group Admin has all privileges, like adding members, removing members, removing any message that's not right/inappropriate, delete all message history or all files or both, check logs etc. Moderator can add users and delete users, except he cannot delete the Admin. Users are the participants who can engage in the conversation within the group.

If I understand your response good, it means we cannot have unlimited members in a group. The maximum number we can have is 100 per group for a full-stack. Correct?
If that is correct, why can't you just limit the functions of ordinary members instead of the limit per group? Like for example, you can limit the group calling feature to the number in users included in the deal, while ordinary members can chat.

These plans were custom made in co-ordination with Appsumo and addressing certain client profiles and requirements. Also we do not have this option outside the Appsumo plan either. One can only add as many members in a group...as the user licenses that they possess. So if only 5 codes are purchased, it allows max 100 users in a group. One thing what we can do is, say if your requirement is say 200 users, then you may buy two 5 codes and we could club them for you. you may request the same at support@troopmessenger.com and we can do the clubbing.
