Q: Hello, I looked at your wiki pro plan, so what is the meaning of 3 wiki channels and 1000 search requests?
Does it mean that I can integrate wiki channels with 3 websites but is it like 1000 search requests on monthly basis or what.
From my perspective, I was thinking of integrating wiki as a part of FAQs section of my website, where users (mean website visitors) come and search answers to their questions but it seems 1000 is too low of limit for such purpose. It seems your tool is more for internal communication among staff of a company. Is this correct?
Also for small companies who don't use Jira, confluence and Slack, what can this tool do for such companies.
Thank you!

May 15, 2024A: Hi again
Glad to see you taking interest!
Slack channels are public but can be made private if necessary.
To explain further, channels where people chat is by default public (visible to everyone in the organization) and it can be made private (visible only to people you add to the channel)
Hope this helps :)
Hey there!
We appreciate the query.
3 wiki channels translates to using wiki in 3 public/private channels.
Currently, Troopr products works only inside Slack.
And Troopr Wiki integrates your FAQ questions to Slack channels so that internal requests from employees can be answered automatically.
Hope this helps :)
Feel free to write us back in case of any other query!
Have a great day!
What is the meaning of public/private channels?
Thanks
The Pro plan only has 1 Wiki and 300 monthly search requests. Where did you get that info? You looked at the Premium plan which is not supported by this Appsumo deal.
