I was one of the very first to put my trust in TrueRanker when they launched, by subscribing to a lifetime plan. I invested thinking I would get lifetime access, as promised. In reality, I only used a small part of my account's functionality (barely 30%).
But since last January, TrueRanker has been asking me to pay again to continue accessing my account. This is quite simply a breach of contract and a betrayal of the trust of their first customers.
Selling "lifetime" access and then going back on their word is not only dishonest, it also shows a total lack of respect for their users. It's a disgrace.
People need to know who TrueRanker really is, and how they treat those who have supported them from the start.
Not only did they change the terms of services because of a Google change. And hence the product for the people who funded and started to help your product on your journey.
What changed? 1st: The product will not do a daily update for your keyword, now its an update for every 3rd day.
2nd: If you dont visit the projects, and login every week or month. They will stop crawling your urls. Meaning, if you go on vacation. You still need to login to their backend tracking dashboard while you are on vacation for them to keep crawling the specific urls.
I have nearly never used all my plan keywords, like I used maybe 500 of 2000, then a month ago TrueRanker asks the LTD users to buy without any option a monthly plan to recover the rank updates and to add new keywords.

Last week, we began updating keywords ranking again, and you should start seeing your dashboard updated. However, the new provider's infrastructure does not allow mass daily updates yet, so the keywords are being updated in batches to ensure fair usage for all users. We are actively working to reduce these times.
While we continue optimizing our infrastructure, adding new projects or keywords is temporarily disabled. We will share further updates in the following days as we work toward a better long-term solution.
For those users needing immediate access, many LTD users have chosen to upgrade to the Business plan at a reduced price to regain full service.

Pretty bad LTD - Pretty much a Scam product
