I research LTD teams rather thoroughly before I purchase, and I believe we have a great investment opportunity in TrueRanker :)
If you haven't heard of them, it's because most of the chatter and interactions surrounding their brand are in Spanish (look for @TrueRanker on twitter)

[[WHAT I LIKE]]
- GENERAL INTERFACE: -- Fast, Clean and easy to understand (I actually refunded Nozzle, another rank tracker, because it was too complicated)
- RESPONSIVE TEAM: -- Quite responsive - I've sent a few msgs via their on-page feedback channel, and some questions here before I purchased, and got responses in a few days.
- ROAD MAP ALLOWS INPUT: -- They have a roadmap where you can feedback & vote --> https://feedback.trueranker.com/roadmap
- CONSTANT UPDATES SINCE LAUNCH: -- I really like that I see recent changes since the launch about 12 days ago. It shows that the team is eager to use the feedback

[[WHAT I'M ]]
- KEYWORD GROUPING ISSUE: -- projects seem to be at domain level -- this is a problem as I'm working on a site that covers 5 niches with 5 different groups of competitors. Would prefer to have a different area for each niche that allows different competitors. (E.g. Dog food will have very different competitors as Cat Food, Hamster Food, Rabbit Food)
- INTERFACE NEEDS TO GIVE QUICK INSIGHTS: -- currently I see all my ranks & competitor ranks, but I cannot quickly understand how I have improved or worsened. Accuranker, another rank tracker, has a feature called "Share of Voice" that helps me quickly understand how I'm doing, and how my competitors are doing -- it might be good to have a look.

[[WHAT I'M WORRIED ABOUT]]
- I hope the team has a direction in mind, as 100% following community voting can create a product with too many directions
