In under a years they'eve simply shut shop and ran.

Just because you buy a product for a certain price doesnt mean you deserve to have this happen. Most of our collected reviews are gone now and we can't get those back. what are Appsumo doing to help?

we bought this tool here and used it to the full. All our customers have been contacted, many hundreds of valuable reviews have been received. And now everything is offline. We can't get our own reviews anymore.

This is a catastrophe for us! And nobody responds to our requests.

So I can't recommend the tool or Appsumo. If saas solutions work like this, we won't buy them anymore.

Trustbucket is for me a extrem negative experience.

Trustbucket.io never really worked and that the founder shut down the SaaS without making any statements is a big sign for his current low personality. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, and it can leave customers feeling disappointed and frustrated. Like me.

The fact that Trustbucket.io has been down for maintenance for months is concerning. It's unclear what's happening behind the scenes, and customers are left in the dark. It's always essential for SaaS companies to communicate clearly with their customers, especially when there are issues like this.

Trustbucket.io seems like a big fake that never really worked. It's disappointing that the founder has shut down the SaaS without any statement, leaving customers without any answers. I would advise potential customers to stay away from Trustbucket.io (should it ever come again) and consider other options that are more reliable and trustworthy.

Unfortunately a big letdown. Also for Appsumo as curators.

This product had potential, but their website has been undergoing maintenance for a few months now...they disappeared. Poof!

I have purchased Trustbucket a few months ago. At the time the only we could not only retrieve reviews from Google and Trustpilot. Facebook had a "coming soon" sign.
Now when you log into both widget and software it comes up with a "Down for Maintenance" sign and messages on emails or their facebook page are ignored!
