So far I have been very happy with the ease of integration to my site and it really ads a great deal of credibility as well.

I haven't yet used the automated review request feature -- and don't know if I will use it for my specific business -- but I see it as a great feature for those that want to automate review requests.

I'm sure there are other valuable features I just haven't dived into yet but for the basic purpose I wanted it for, which is to effortlessly add Google Reviews to my website, it does that quickly, easily and flawlessly. Well worth the one time fee!
