A: Unfortunately not. We need to receive a file with the collected reviews in order to be able to upload them to our system.

Technical rules:

Use popular spreadsheets like Excel, LibreOffice or Google Docs. Save the final file in .csv format.
Columns in the .csv file should be separated by commas, file should be in UTF-8 encoding
The first line should contain the header (regardless of its content, it'll be omitted during import)
Order of columns
author_name - Customer’s Name,
author_email - Customer’s email,
body - content of the review,
rating - rating of the review,
created_at - date of the review,
lang - language of the review.

hello again,
We are unable to retrieve GMB reviews. It is an independent platform. You have to ask the administrator to export the opinion and then we can import it.

However, remember that with the effectiveness of collecting opinions on TrustMate, you do not have to worry about empty cards. They will fill up very quickly with long positive opinions.

Thanks but that's a dealbreaker for me. I like a lot of what you're doing, but I also have a different service that's similar which pulls reviews automatically from GMB which is a great hassle off my plate.

Best wishes to you all.

Sean could you link it to me? If there is such an option, we are able to do it - it does not sound like rocket science :)

Please show what you care about, we are curious :)

Sure. I have Endorsal. (https://endorsal.io/)

It auto pulls from various platforms, automates social proof, will auto post reviews to social media and more.

Any chance that this can be made a priority moving forward?
