EquinoxQ: Hi, Great looking product, it's nice to see a trustpilot alternative at a more affordable pricepoint.
We already have Endorsal setup on our businesses and it is working great to collect reviews and encourage reviews to be also posted on facebook and G2, Capterra etc. Is it possible to import our existing Endosal reviews into Trustmate?
Also is it possible to import existing reviews from Facebook, Capterra, G2, etc... into our Trustmate profile?
I think the biggest issue with these review systems is merchants not wanting to be locked into an ecosystem or the switching cost from one provider to another. So would be great to hear if it is possible to import existing reviews / sync new reviews into our Trustmate account so customers only have to leave a review in one place, and for the review to appear in multiple places.

of course we allow the import of collected opinions. We are aware that you already have a baggage of experience and content with you.
You can export your opinions at any time on our website and also import external reviews. Reviews will be marked as "from an external website". Hope you can do that in your feedback system as well. Ask your operator to export the file with opinions or, if it has the automatic option, download them yourself.
Then contact us support@trustmate.io.
In your panel in TrustMate you can find the terms of file.
E.G.
Order of columns
author_name -Customer’s Name;
author_email - Customer’s email;
body - content of the opinion;
grade - rating of the opinion;
gtin - identifier for trade items;
created_at - date of the opinion.
