Q: Hi, can we assign team members with specific capabilities?
For example I want each member to be able to deliver SMS (via the same twilio account) to a different set of prospects that they follow, each one has a portfolio of customers to grow and monetize selling products and/or services so we need to make segments, employee A cannot see and operate on customers of employee B is this possible?
If you get agency access, you would create an account for Client A, and a differrent account for Client B. You could have give the username and password for Client A, ONLY to team member A, and username and password for Client B, only to team member B. This way, they would only see the clients that they have access to. Each account can be connected to the same Twilio. In our dashboard, when you buy a phone number it purchases it directly in your Twilio and only assigns that phone number to that specific account. If you already have phone numbers assigned, you would only bring in the number for Client A into the Client A account, and you'd bring the phone number for Client B into Client B account.
Hi, what if an employee leaves? Will we lose that one account and remain with him? - If an employee leaves, you just log into the account you created for the clients they manage and change the email address and password assigned to the account so that employee can't access them after leaving.
Also I could not find any reference website where you are marketing this product, it is not clear if this is a SaaS or a software to be installed on a workstation, it would be cool to see the service being already marketed. - That is because (as I said in the prior reply) we don't advertise this anywhere else. On the AppSumo listing I'm sorry if the listing isn't clear but there is NOTHING to install. It's all web-based. If you were to see it "already marketed" that would mean you'd see us competing with our clients. Part of why we only offer this on AppSumo now is that I've shifted our focus to training our clients on how to use/sell this platform. We don't compete with our own customers this way :)
I hope that helps.
Hi, Thanks for clarifying!
