google my business, if he/she rates less than 4 stars then a textbox is shown that allows them to put their problems and we can solve with the client. Can such a form be made with this tool?

Jul 7, 2024A: This approach is a type of review gating, and we prefer not to implement it initially. It's important to gather all customer experiences. However, we do have a thank-you page for reviews that can be configured based on customer feedback. If a rating of 1-3 is received, a page with an apology and a request for an explanation will be shown. For ratings of 4-5, the thank-you page can include an option to copy the review and redirect the customer to Google My Business for posting. 😊
