I read previous answers stating support for agencies.
However, I haven’t been able to find answers for the following questions (as required for agencies).
1. Do we get CNAME support, so we can use our own domain (mydomain.com)?
2. Do we get SMTP support so we can use our own email server to send the review requests? If so, is this per account/website so we can send requests from different email addresses (like reviews@customerA.com, reviews@customerB.com, etc.)?
3. What is the cost for additional pageviews on top of the provided 2M on Tier 10 (once this offer expires)?
4. What is the cost for additional websites on top of the provided 50 on Tier 10 (once this offer expires)?

I apologize most sincerely for not writing back on this question earlier. It must have escaped us :)
1. TrustMate allows you to send emails on behalf of the store/service provider. The technical sender of the message is TrustMate but the client displays the domain you enter.
2. We only work with enterprise accounts in this regard. Example implementations we have, for example, with the Synersie platform through which the emails of stores that cooperate with us are sent.
3 and 4 Pricing of additional services in this case will be individual. We need to know your needs and outreach to present it. Feel free to contact us in chat :)
Funny I finally got my answers way after the expiration time….probably because (based on the answers) this is NOT an agency-friendly offer as stated, thus the answers were NOT ideal 😎
