You raise a valid point. There are indeed a few places where reviews about us are sparse. We focus on collecting reviews in the places where they are most needed.
Did you know that TrustPilot doesn’t have reviews on TrustMate either and is practically absent in Central and Eastern Europe? 😊 This doesn't mean they don't make good software.
We actively gather reviews from our customers once they've collected a sufficient number of their own reviews. This way, they have valuable feedback to share, and we want to hear it: https://en.trustmate.io/reviews/trustmate-io.
Reviews on AppSumo are also unpurchasable and genuinely reflect how we interact with our customers daily.
Lastly, our Google My Business page currently has over 210 reviews with an average rating of 4.4. Most of the negative reviews here are from BTC users who mistakenly think we are an extension of their store. But that's okay, we take it in stride. 😊
