I bought a Multiple license (3 Codes). To get 9 sites and features. After a few months, all my profiles were deleted except for 1! and it was impossible to create a new one or retrieve them.
I tried to send dozens and dozens of emails to customer service. I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER.

I don't think this type of company belongs on Appsumo.
