On my OpenAI dashboard I see that there are no limitations. Im trying to test your free plan with email tamax11231@mainmile.com. Can you check it please?

Thanks for fast response. Yes, it is sufficient, im using free tier. My current usage is 0,03 USD/18 USD.

Just created new, fresh account on openai and result on free tier is the same:
OpenAI Error: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.

Thi error message indicates that you have hit your maximum monthly spend (hard limit) for the API. This means that you have consumed all the credits or units allocated to your plan and have reached the limit of your billing cycle.

This could happen for several reasons, one of which is: Your limit is set too low for your organization’s usage.
