I didn't like it. 10 minutes and you risk running out of everything

I'm sorry, but I asked for a refund. Basically in 5 minutes of optimization I almost finished all the credits. I have a title that gives me score 71, I ask to reoptimize it and it gives me 60, I do another optimization and it gives me 62 and 2 out of 15 are gone. Bon I say without that I waste credits on optimizations, I use the tips to get chatgpt to write them, I enter the optimized title, and it doesn't calculate my score because it keeps the old one in memory. You can't add tags, it just gives you the default ones. With the free version of VividQ I do more and better..

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience! I understand how running out of credits quickly can be frustrating, especially when you're actively optimizing. The Tier 1 plan is ideal for light usage, but for more frequent or advanced optimization, higher tiers offer significantly more credits to meet those needs.

Our system syncs channel data once every 24 hours. This is due to YouTube's API limitations, as analytics on their platform doesn’t always reflect immediately via the API. This window ensures we retrieve the freshest data available when it updates.

Using TubeIQ’s suggestions with ChatGPT is an interesting workflow! However, TubeIQ’s optimizations are specifically crafted for YouTube’s algorithm, which often provides a more tailored and effective result for your content.

As for the title scores, we give you 3 recommended titles, it's highly unlikely that the 3 recommendations were scored 60. At least one is usually higher that your current title.

TubeIQ doesn't guess, we need data to provide accurate suggestions.

The tags are recommended based on the data we analyze from your video, if your video is newly uploaded there will be no tag suggestions and no analytics data. If you wait a couple days or maybe a week after before optimizing we will be able to have more data to go on giving you a better chance of optimizing your video effectively.

We’re always working on improving the platform to make it even more user-friendly and adaptable to different workflows. If you have any suggestions or need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’d love to help!

PS: Reach out to support, I'm happy to reset your credits so you can have another swing.

Update: Based on your feedback as well as other users, we have implemented an option to refresh your channel data on demand. You no longer need to wait 24 hours to see your channel updates.
