Previously, the BYOK model created a lot of complexity, which made it difficult to maintain sustainability and smooth operations. In this Appsumo deal, we handle everything on our end, resulting in a much more stable experience.
Regarding support, I am genuinely sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our team previously. That does not reflect our current standards. Our whole team is dedicated to solving every query with meticulous care, and we have received a lot of love and positive reviews from our community over the past two years.
