Q: Will you be increasing support capacity? It's barely there at moment...
I bought the tier three level. And while I really like the platform, I have found quite a few bugs. And I've tried to chat with support, But I haven't heard anything back for several days.
I'm a little worried about any new features being added if the support is not very timely in Answering questions about what actually is on the platform currently.
Do you have plans to increase your support capacity? So that the times go from 3 to 5 days, to a day or so?

Thank you for the reply, while i do appreciate it, if it was possible to reply here on AppSumo can you please take the time to reply to the actual support ticket? Again, I'm worried that questions here are public and are replied to quickly, but in reality the actual support is lacking - and I do understand people are out for the holidays. Quite a few have mentioned lack of support for some time...
