Buggy and spamming with emails
After refunding because of it was limited in functionality, very buggy, and the content wasn't usable in my language, and the interactive features were underwhelming - I now get spammed with emails. We are talking about 20 emails in just one morning. Fix it!!!

What happened was a technical mistake on our side during a campaign setup, which caused emails to be sent to a broader group of users than intended and at a much higher frequency within a short time.
This was not intentional, and we completely understand how frustrating and intrusive it must have felt.
As soon as we identified the issue, we stopped the campaign and are now reviewing our internal processes to ensure this cannot happen again.
