Lost Access to TubeOnAI. No Support Response!
I purchased Tier 2 in February. I’ve totally lost access to TubeOnAi and have tried to contact Support via email, the most recent October 6th, and by phone. I have received no response. The platform simply no longer acknowledges me, or my paid access! My login email and password is no longer recognized. There is no option to recover account. The Support links I have access to on TubeOnAi website lead to 404 error page, or redirect timeouts. I’ve sent several emails, the most recent October 6th, but have received no reply. I’ve tried phoning the number at the bottom of their website which is a huge promo ad without helpful substance, but only get an AI voice basically telling me I can hang up at anytime. I would like a refund or AppSumo credit as I have had no access to my purchase after only using it a few times.
