No response from owner
I set up an onboarding, never showed up. No response to emails.
I use the select all button to put videos into collections to get transcripts....errors.
This should be a good product, but still way too early, it seems.

Sorry for the experience, but the owner doesn't take customer calls as of now(he used to). He should have let you know that once you booked, and i apologize on his behalf.
