This is my third purchase of their product.
There is no respect at all for existing customers.
I don’t understand how they can be so brazen about it.

They have launched three separate LTDs, and I have purchased all three.

Whenever they introduce new features, they release a new deal.

My first purchase was a private deal directly from their website. At that time, the product was decent.

Credits could roll overed and API access was included
After a few months, they told me the API was “temporarily under maintenance.” I trusted that explanation. However, the API access was permanently removed.
Later, they also removed credit rollover, and over 100,000 of my credits were taken without any notice.

Second purchase (SaaSZilla BYOK deal)
Because I didn’t expect my credits and features to be removed like that, I purchased their SaaSZilla LTD, which was advertised as BYOK with API access.

In reality, OpenAI API was mandatory, and there was no actual API access as previously stated.

In their recent Q&A, they clearly stated that existing users will be left behind:

“Also, with BYOK, it is not possible to support all the new features we are developing. For example, Podcasts (which require a special voice model) and Slide Decks are currently not compatible with BYOK.”

They continue to create new plans that do not map to existing ones, and they arbitrarily restrict features based on their own decisions.

This is now their third LTD Overall experience
The product has many functional bugs
Language support is very poor
Credits are consumed unnecessarily, without clear justification.

I hope this kind of deceptive consumer practice comes to an end.
