If you have a hard limit of 500 (and it is obviously a hard limit), why does the plan specifically claim, "UNLIMITED?" Why don't you specify 500, since you have predetermined that? This is certainly not "unlimited." Feeling duped here.
We have been in business for a long time and have monitored usage from users and very rarely do any users exceeded 500 searches per month. If you do need additional searches, you can always reach out to us and we can extend it if available.
We clearly stated our fair use policy, so I’m not sure how you feel duped since we let everybody know upfront.
You are more than welcome to sign up on our main site for the monthly or annual plan.
Why does it say "Unlimited" then, in the Plan description? You could just try telling the truth in that area and see how it works for you...
We have limited control over what is said on the deal page and work with AppSumo to convey what the package is. You can always request more searches so it is really unlimited. This policy is just to prevent abuse.
