We sometimes do promo videos, and short intro videos (ie sizzlers) for corporate situations. I am not a full time video producer. This is a review based on my individual use case.

PRO
-- TunePond is an excellent place to find that unique sound, that is difficult to find in bigger music libraries.
-- The ethnic libraries have proved very useful for me. We did an around-the-globe-video for a company, and could touch up the soundscape with themes of Indian, Chinese, Russian vibes.
Finding and using the right musical vibes was really fast with Tunepond, compared to other libraries we utilize for this particular project.

CON
-- The music pieces are short. These are not full-length songs.
-- These are not stand-alone pieces. Consider them acoustic flavorings.
-- The music has a heavy synthesizer-tint. No acoustic instruments (guitars, wind instruments, drums) or vocal pieces.
-- Some genres do not live up to the description. For instance: The collection Sax classics does not contain any strong saxophone pieces at all, in my opinion.
-- There is no real search engine. You can't search for BPM, feeling or instruments

MY OPINION
-- TunePond is not an end-all source of music yet. This is more of a spice rack, where you can find that exotic flavoring to touch up the feeling and atmosphere of your podcast, intro video or sizzle reels.
-- Hopefully TunePond will keep the ethnic vibes going. For us it would be beneficial if they add some pieces with vocals (not necessarily words, just human voices harmonizing), wind instruments, drums and guitars.

SUMMARY
TunePond has pieces with a unique sound, that makes the listeners/viewers perk up their ears and pay attention to what's happening.

TunePond also has some non-descript pieces that we will probably never use.

This music library is not for everyone, but for us it has already paid for itself by giving us easy access to sounds from the world, that has been difficult for us to find in other libraries.
