I've had this app since sept. 2023 and in the beginning I was like "yeah this is going the right direction".
But with each itteration the app gets more and more limited. Genres are still limited to a few, the music is still editable with melody and drums variations only. And the variations are mediocre at best. You can't choose/edit any parameters in the drums/melodies. they make it look like AI is generating this, but there is very limited variation in the next results when you change the drums and melodies.

Also the music list looks appealing at first, but the generation isn't random at all. You keep hearing the same tracks generated over and over again.

At this moment there apears to be a general error when editing tracks. It almost looks like the generation engine is offline.

If this app is made available again on appsumo, please ignore this one!

[Edit 2025-11-25] Developer of writeseed pointed me out to me giving this bad review (2 tacos initial review above), and I rerated this to 4 tacos.
Why, because the developers have really stepped up, where I abandoned it back then because of the lack of output, the input of the (producer) community really made it grow in quality output the Ai generates nowadays.
They even upgraded the initial ai production to a DAW-like producer app, where you can re-write, edit and integrate your own productions. The output is still very ai like at this moment, but at least I'm very positive this moment. Hence the revision of this review.
