A: Hi there! Yes we do use tools to post the content and we haven't noticed any issues with those tools. We do talk about the repurposing strategy and how we use each piece of large content.

You are right on user being serious on the course and hence no refund.
But there is also other side,a course maker who is really confident that the course is really valuable ,trusts the user and offers a refund.
Anyways if you say even 2 weeks is more as refund period but on contrary the course is turning email from "0-to-1million followers" !!!
