Q: Hi, A course--without refund !!
That by itself is a big put-off,..I understand that 60day mark for refund is ait too long for any course but that doesn't mean you don't even a refund...
Ideally at-least a 2 week refund period should be okay,..not sure if appsumo allows something like that.

Not sure if there was a question in there but yes we decided against a refund. 1 - because it's transparent about what the course includes as well as 2 - anyone needs to be serious about execution etc when they commit to something. Not to mention even 2 weeks is long enough to go through the whole course, take info, act on it and then ask for a refund. We're protecting the work we put into it as well as hoping people who are serious about taking action are the ones who join :)

You are right on user being serious on the course and hence no refund.
But there is also other side,a course maker who is really confident that the course is really valuable ,trusts the user and offers a refund.
Anyways if you say even 2 weeks is more as refund period but on contrary the course is turning email from "0-to-1million followers" !!!
It might be a great course but i don't buy them when course creator doesn't offer refund...
for me it shows lack of confidence on one's own course...
