@Paul_Emmanuel - if you can do something about it please, once and for all.

I've been using Two Minute Reports for a year and a half. Was hoping to have an easy to connect alternative to (at the time) clunky difficult default Google Looker Studio (fka Data Studio) connections.

Slow connections were always an issue, my reports taking 2 minutes to show up data. I messaged support last year and it seemed to resolve. However - the connection process for new accounts was still clunky and confusing.

Fast forward a year later and connection's far improved & easier - BUT the results are crap. In Looker Studio, 2 minute wait time has returned on the data! Not only that, but it's completely broken. I go all the normal routes and it say s "couldn't pull data" or something.

2MR is functionally useless. Meanwhile, I tried Looker Studio by itself and seems to have gotten better and faster at integrating with native data sources and templates.

Well, "2 minute reports" are not 2-minute reports, are they?

I have no incentive to use 2MR after this unless the founder takes responsibility and delivers what the name promises.

@Paul_Emmanuel I would love to hear if you can correct the issues. Thank you.

Sumolings, in the meantime, I suggest using free Looker Studio. It's far improved over a year.
